It’s so nice to see Job marching around and making sounds and just imitating what he sees in the show. He loves music too as he would dance to the beat of the marching band. He knows what he’s doing and would always ask for that episode to watch.

I know every day Job is learning a new thing and I am surprised by the words that he has learned daily. He may not be able to talk well yet but I am hoping that pretty soon, he’ll be able to talk well and maybe sing too!

The teacher called to inform me that Kuya Bogs wanted another angry bird sandwich for lunch. His teacher also told me that he ate all that was in his lunch bag during snacks and so he doesn’t have anything for lunch anymore. I made him an angry bird sandwich for lunch and I just did not realize that he liked it. He is one picky eater and much to my surprise, he ate everything today.

Of course, I was not able to bring him another sandwich so I just asked his dad to bring him another sandwich. When Kuya Bogs got home, I checked his lunch box and found out that he did not eat what his dad brought him, lol!

So now, it has come to mommy’s realization that Kuya Bogs’ lunch box must be attractive and creative in order for him to eat. As much as I want to give him fresh veggies and yogurt and other stuff, he does not eat them. So all I give him is prepared food and some sandwiches or spaghetti (it’s his favorite). Other than that, he wouldn’t eat.

Anyway, I hope I won’t get any voice mails from his teacher again for the rest of the school year. It gives me the creeps to know what it is.

When we got home, he was so excited to blow on it and play with it. He said he’s been playing the flute in school so I guess he already knows how to use it. Because they have music sessions in school, I am hoping that Kuya Bogs will also learn to play the guitar because I love guitars and has a frustration in playing with it. If he would, I would surely buy him a guitar and guitar accessories so that he can also play with it here in the house.

With his new musical instrument, he would borrow his dad’s iPhone and listen to classical music and tries to play the notes that he hears even if he’s not in tune. I tell him to just practice and use what he has learned in school because maybe one of these days, when he’s grown up, he’ll be one of the best flute players in town.

Job’s ice cream at DQ!

Our freezer has a stock of ice cream all the time because I know that Job loves to have at least a scoop of it once a week or every two weeks. I guess all kids love ice cream so Job loves it too! I love ice cream and so does his daddy and his brother. We all do!

He just loves peanut butter so much that he would sit down with me (while I am blogging) and scooping out teaspoons of peanut butter from the jar! He licks the spoon clean and even though he gets messy sometimes, he would clean his fingers by licking the peanut butter there too! When I put peanut butter on bread, he would eat just a few bites but would ask for spoons of peanut butter instead! I am really amazed at his “talent.”

But I make sure that he doesn’t eat a lot of it because it’s too sweet. I let him drink water after eating though. I am just happy that he has no allergies to any nuts or anything unlike most of the children here. Both Kuya Bogs don’t have allergies so they can just eat almost anything.

Okay, so I’m ending my post now because Job just smothered his face with peanut butter!

I have bought a lot of organic and healthy food but to no avail. Sometimes, he does eat a couple of spoonfuls but after three or four spoons, he would not want to eat anymore. I am really worried and I have already noticed that he has lost some of his baby fats.

I want to ask his doctor if there are supplements that can boost his appetite, but I am afraid Job just won’t even take it. I used to give him vitamin supplements but he refused to drink it. I really don’t want him to become a picky eater like his big brother Kuya Bogs. I do hope that his appetite will soon come back to normal.

This is the area in the apartment that Job loves to stay. It is where he “reads” his favorite book, his Thomas and Friends book, this is also his favorite spot in the house. He would just sit there and look outside the glass window and watch the cars, buses, trucks and even the train go by. He just loves this corner, it’s his favorite!

When he watches TV, he sits in this corner, when he is eating a cookie or a brownie, he would sit also in this spot. I think he loves it when he gets to see the outside world. When he is silent, I know where to look for him, just in this corner.

When he saw it, he immediately rode it and kept telling us to pay for it. He was really excited and happy that finally he will have his own bike. We were not yet done with looking around and hubby was at the auto section because he knows this is the place to buy car cover. But because Kuya Bogs was just so eager to ride his bike, their dad just had to give in and decided that we will just come back on another day or weekend to check out what he wants.

So on our way home, Kuya Bogs rode the bike and boy was he a happy kid that time!

We were supposed to buy him one the other weekend at Walmart, but unfortunately, the 16″ bicycle that is perfect for his size was out of stock and the 14″ was just too small for him, so we told him that we will just have to wait and check the other stores if they have. I would love to get the one in Walmart because it was cheaper than those in the other stores, but because the size for Kuya Bogs is unavailable, we are left with no choice but to buy in another store and they are more expensive than those in Walmart. Anyway, I hope I can still find a store where we can buy a cheaper bike for Bogs.

Isn’t he a cutie??

Job just loves to play with anything and he knows how to pretend already. Although his words are not that clear yet but I do somehow understand him and what he wants.

He will be two in June so hopefully, he’ll be learning more words and will be able to speak clearly in his toddler years.
